Terms and Conditions

This promotional package is being offered as an affordable way of introducing the vacationer to Cruise Lines, Hotels and Host Resorts. This promotional package is valid for two adults, 21 years or older (you can take up to two additional passengers for an extra charge). Your vacation package is valid for 12 months, you can transfer your vacation to another person or it can be extended. (Fees may apply)

1. Hotel accommodations are available year-round on a space- available basis, with the exception of Dec. 15-Jan 6. You must request your reservation at least 60 days prior to your intended departure. All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only. Do not leave for your vacation until you receive your travel documents with written confirmation. DreamTime Tours, their affiliates, agents and/or suppliers are not responsible for delay or cancellation due to nature, strikes, United States Government changes, or acts of God. DreamTime Tours makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected; therefore, reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or cruise lines of equal or greater value.
2. Please complete this reservation form, sign the front and back, and mail along with your final payment to: DreamTime Tours, 6375 Windmere Rd.. Brooksville FL 34602, at least 60 days prior to request travel dates. No refunds for any unused portion of the vacation will be made and this offer is redeemable for services only. (Port taxes if applicable are subject to change. There may be a surcharge and/or black-out dates for travel during high season, holidays, and major event periods.)
3. Transportation to and from the chosen area, meals, taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. Do not purchase your airline tickets until you have received written confirmation from DreamTime Tours.
4. If applicable, rental car taxes, insurance, fuel, costs for additional drivers and charges for additional items are not included and is the responsibility of the passenger renting the vehicle. You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 25 will have an additional charge, which must be paid by the person renting the vehicle. The person renting the vehicle must possess a major credit card in their name and a valid driver’s license. The car rental agencies do not accept any Debit, Discover, or Diners Club credit cards or personal checks.
5. Please be certain that all members of your party have proper Proof of Citizenship. U.S. Citizens: This should be in the form of a valid passport. Non-U.S. Citizens: Proof of Citizenship should be in the form of a valid passport. A multiple entry visa may also be required. Please check with your local consulate or governmental authorities for proof of citizenship and its requirements. DREAMTIME TOURS ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS.
6. Reservation Change Policy (for changes to an existing reservation)
   

   Changes requested up to 30 days prior to arrival	$150.00USD
   Changes requested 29 to 15 days prior to arrival	$200.00USD
   Changes requested 14 to 7 days prior to arrival	$350.00USD
   No changes allowed within 6 days of arrival!	NO REFUNDS

7. Cancellation or Postponement Policy (of existing reservation)
   

   Up to 35 days prior to departure	$350.00USD
   34 days prior to departure	NO REFUNDS

   
   

   If you do not arrive on your confirmed date, no refund will be made. DreamTime Tours pays for all hotel accommodations, car rentals and cruise ship expenses included in the package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of cancellation as listed above. Additional cancellation penalties may apply for certain upgrades.

   DREAMTIME TOURS, THEIR AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND/OR SUPPLIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS NOT CONTAINED IN THIS PACKAGE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGES, INJURY OR DELAY TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS DUE TO ANY CAUSES OCCURRING DURING A TOUR OR VACATION PACKAGE UNDER ITS MANAGEMENT, PROCUREMENT OR OTHERWISE ALL PARTICIPANTS WAIVE ANY LIABILITY CLAIM AGAINST DREAMTIME TOURS, THEIR AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND/OR SUPPLIERS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALL TICKETS, COUPONS, VOUCHERS AND CERTIFICATES ARE SUBJECT IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE FOREGOING AND TO ALL CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH ANY TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED.

   You may cancel this contract without a penalty or any obligation within 30 days of the purchase or RECEIVING of vacaton certificate, whichever occurs last. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the promotional package including all documents and sending notice to: DreamTime Tours, 6375 Windmere Rd.    NONE OF THE BUYERS SHOULD DEPEND ON ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS THAT ARE NOT LISTED IN THIS CONTRACT
